Brenda Wornum Moore, CEO and President of BWM Consulting, Inc., has earned recognition across a broad range of industries and educational forums for the highly effective Leadership Development, Coaching and Mentoring services that she provides.
Her background is built upon more than 20 years of management, employee learning and development, needs assessment and program building for corporations such as State Street Bank, Bank of America (formerly Fleet Boston Financial Corporation), Proctor and Gamble (formerly The Gillette Company), PARAXEL International, The Partnership, Inc, and the University of Massachusetts Donohue Institute. She has been recognized as a dynamic and engaging speaker and facilitator, whether in front of audiences of hundreds or as a consultant to an individual small business owner.
Brenda has presented workshops at Bentley University, Dress for Success, and Northeastern University, and she has led Executive Team Building Retreats for a number of organizations. As a certified Myers Briggs (MBTI) facilitator and a certified Franklin Covey organizational system instructor, Brenda brings an additional depth of time and talent management expertise to the workshops and training programs that she provides.
Brenda has also served as president of the South Shore Women’s Business Network (Massachusetts), a 300-plus member organization that provides networking, coaching and collaboration opportunities to women-centered businesses seeking to grow. She has served on the Board of Directors for the Center for Entrepreneurial Studies at Bridgewater State University; on the Advisory Board for the Breakthrough Performance Group in Framingham, Massachusetts; and as chairman of the Boards of Trustees for several public, community and educational organizations.
Brenda earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting at Northeastern University and her Master of Science degree in Training and Development at Lesley University in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
