Kathleen currently holds the role of Global Learning & HR Services Program Manager at a leading clinical research organization dedicated to partnering with clients to prevent and cure disease, and is responsible for supporting their global management and professional development curriculum. With 13+ years in the Learning & Development arena, her experience includes training logistics and operations, project management, vendor relationship management, virtual and F2F facilitation, and training program design & development. Kathleen’s passions include facilitating engaging training programs to audiences of all sizes and providing professional development guidance to professionals throughout their career.
Recently Kathleen had the opportunity to collaborate with a group of dedicated and talented training professionals, in co-authoring the book titled, The Whole Professional: A Collection of Essays to Help You Achieve a Full & Satisfying Life.
Kathleen received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, summa cum laude, in 2003 and her Master of Business Administration degree in 2004. Both degrees were earned from Clark University in Worcester, MA.
In addition to her Board Member responsibilities for ATD, Kathleen periodically serves as an Alumni Interviewer for Clark University and currently serves as co-chair for her organization’s Events and Charitable Outreach Committee. Kathleen is based in Boston, MA.
