Currently, Joshua is focused on finalizing a role-based curriculum for all employees, supporting Suffolk’s transition to a new performance and talent process, and engaging operational staff in a business process improvement research.
Prior to this role, Joshua has worked in a variety of industries both as internal staff and external consultant.
Joshua has been active in the learning and development community for 15 years. He served as VP of Communications for the local board (Birmingham, AL) of the Association for Talent Development (ATD). He was recognized, along with his peers, as recipients of a 2016 CLO Learning in Practice Awards and received a gold award for Innovation at the 2017 CLO Learning in Practice Awards. Additionally, Joshua has both organized and volunteered for various community related projects throughout his career.
Joshua has a Master’s degree in Instructional Design and Development from the University of South Alabama and is actively pursuing a Masters in Strategic Management from the Harvard Extension School.
