Lauren Moylan is the Learning and Development Manager at Pennichuck Water in New Hampshire, where she brings passion and expertise to creating engaging and impactful learning experiences. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Education from Rivier University and a master’s degree in Instructional Design from Capella University. Lauren began her career in education, teaching elementary students and briefly supporting a special education classroom. After a decade in traditional education, she discovered her calling in Learning and Development, finding new inspiration in designing meaningful solutions that support workforce capability and organizational growth. At Pennichuck, Lauren designs and delivers eLearning and live training sessions, facilitates professional development initiatives, develops comprehensive training plans, manages internal and external corporate communication efforts, and oversees the company’s LMS and performance management systems. She collaborates closely with leaders and cross-functional teams to strengthen the learning culture and ensure employees have the tools and support needed to thrive. Mariah Bradbury is a dynamic Learning & Development leader with a passion for helping individuals and organizations unlock their full potential. With extensive experience across Talent Management & Development, she specializes in designing impactful learning programs, evangelizing company culture, and enabling leaders and individual contributors to thrive. Mariah is a strategic thinker who excels at developing talent initiatives that drive business results, always with a focus on practical application and measurable impact. Known for her ability to simplify complex concepts and foster a culture of continuous learning, she enjoys crafting experiences that leave a lasting impression. Beyond her work in L&D, Mariah is deeply engaged in professional development and networking communities, and has spoken at Talent Development conferences including ATD Core 4 and the New England Area Conference. Ann Baus provides a variety of office administration and member service functions to our Association and its leadership team. She is also a friend to Board members and the goes-the-extra-mile person who makes many ATD events the successes they are. She is the Chapter bookkeeper and the front line contact for members, potential members and the public seeking information about our Chapter events and services. Ann’s passion is ATD Chapter Management & Support – “I love working with ATD chapters. Tim is an instructional designer and training manager with a career spanning over two decades in fintech/financial services, commercial, government, and pharmaceutical industries. He enjoys defying expectations that "technically-minded" and "highly creative" are not often used to describe a single individual. One of his favorite ATD Greater Boston experiences was being crowned Overall Winner in the 2014 ELEARNING COOK-OFF! Tim holds an MEd in Instructional Design from University of Massachusetts Boston and a B.S. in Communications/Media from Fitchburg State University, concentrated in Interactive Multimedia. He also achieved Professional Scrum Product Owner I certification through Scrum.org. Harry has over five years of experience designing learning experiences in education and tech. He is currently an instructional designer at Brivo, where he creates engaging, self-paced courses to support partners and internal teams. Michelle Ridgley, M.Ed., ACC, is the Founder of Aspire Performance Improvement Consulting LLC. With over 30 years of experience in learning, organizational development, and performance improvement, she partners with leaders and teams to build trust, strengthen effectiveness, and drive sustainable change. Michelle is a coach and facilitator focused on leadership development and team effectiveness, and is known for her practical, human-centered approach and ability to create engaging, impactful learning experiences. She holds a Master of Education and a Certificate in Organizational Development from Cambridge College, is an ICF-credentialed ACC Leadership Coach, and holds a Certificate in Human Performance Improvement (HPI) from ASTD.

Nadyme Murteira is an Instructional Designer and eLearning developer with over 10 years of experience designing and developing training content. In her role as Associate Director, Solution Strategy and Innovation at Santander Bank, Nadyme creates learning experiences and materials that result in the application of knowledge and skills. She applies instructional theories and strategies to determine the needs of the learning event, including what you need your learners to be able to do. Based on these conversations, she is able to make recommendations about the learning activity that could be used to help you with your request. Nadyme is known for her strong communication skills and collaborative nature. She excels in working closely with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of projects. Susan Doctoroff Landay is the President and Owner of Trainers Warehouse. For almost 30 years since she joined her father’s fledgling business, Sue has continued to bring her marketing acumen, leadership, and creativity to developing tools that make learning more brain-friendly and fun. Sue is a thought-leader in the talent development industry, hosting the WorkSmart blog, a LinkedIn group nearing 100K members, and a series of bi-weekly training chats and demos called Trainers Warehouse Show & Share. Eldon Strickland is a Learning and Development leader passionate about helping people and organizations grow through practical, high-impact learning. His experience spans healthcare, higher education, and technology environments, where he designs scalable learning solutions, supports large system implementations, and aligns talent development with operational needs. Eldon is known for playing a strategic role in implementing ERP, HRIS, and large-scale software solutions through clear, learner-centered training that drives adoption and measurable results. He has helped build Learning and Development Centers of Excellence at Boston University, Tufts Health Plan, and Point32Health, and partners closely with internal teams and vendors to deliver practical, sustainable learning for national and international audiences. His work also includes launching Boston University’s first online programs and leading award-winning teams recognized by Sloan-C, Blackboard Catalyst, and USDLA. Jasmine has a diverse background in Learning & Development- spanning Instruction Design for Virtual and Instructor led sessions, Micro Learning and On-demand content development. Facilitation of Virtual, hybrid and In-Class Training, Organizational & Technology Change Management, Front end CRM & LMS Mgmt., Data Analysis & Project Management. Jasmine has led teams globally in the areas of hospitality, banking and education over her career span. Education: Masters in organizational leadership and Masters in business administration At ATD Boston, Jasmine is Director of SIG (Special Interest Group) focusing on Learning and Training measurements.
