His team develops and maintains a video management system, internal and external web portals, video services, and provides research, testing, and validation services for products used to enhance training related activities.

Shannon is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the video team, as well as production of video services, video ILT courses, editing, video systems management for the Education Services Technology Group.
