Leading from your best Self:

Develop Executive Poise, Presence and Influence to Maximize Your Potential

With Rob Salafia

Wednesday, August 14th, 2019

Vistaprint

275 Wyman Street

Waltham, MA 02451

6:00pm – 8:30pm

Great leaders connect with others while always staying true to themselves. Based on his book with the same title, Rob synthesizes his 20+ years in the performing arts and 20+ years as a leadership development executive to help you find, develop and adapt a natural leadership style that works best for you, at every level and in every situation. He introduces proven techniques used by actors, martial artists, and mindfulness experts for building self- confidence, making personal connections, and telling compelling stories. He will help you to develop a professional presence that’s powerful, authentic and effective, and that will unlock your “best self.”

In this session participants can expect to be engaged, challenged and inspired. Participants will:

  • Learn the secrets to projecting a presence that is genuinely approachable, confident, and trustworthy.
  • Develop listening skills that transcend the transactional and builds authentic connection.
  • Acquire the language of metaphor and story that engage audiences, reveal core values and resonate with meaning.
