With Jack Phillips, Ph.D.

Wednesday, January 15th, 2020

Cambridge Savings Bank

81 Wyman Street

Waltham, MA 02451

6:00pm – 8:30pm

Talent development programs are evaluated for a purpose, with the results used to make improvements. All stakeholders involved in initiating, designing, developing, facilitating, implementing, and supporting programs want now, more than ever, to see the results of their efforts. During this session, participants will learn how to measure data at the five levels of evaluation, including impact and up to ROI. Also emphasized will be what executives (the funders) want to see from these results, as well as examples of where ROI occurs and how it is best developed are shared.

By attending this session, you will be able to:

  • Explore the data sets possible from talent development, by categories, including ROI.
  • Identify the categories that are desired by top executives and other key stakeholders.
  • Explain how these measures are derived and developed.
  • Pursue a plan to measure results and communicate results to different audiences.
