Marie works with Government, Non-profit organizations and Boards to plan, implement and manage programs across a broad spectrum of functional areas.
Currently, Marie supports ATD in carrying out its mission and achieving annual goals and initiatives. She is responsible for the financial reporting, analysis and budgeting process and the membership management system. She is also responsible for regulatory compliance, member relations, and the logistics of the monthly Learning Event. She identifies, proposes and implements systems/process to streamline operations and works closely with Board members to support each in forwarding the initiatives within their responsibility are,.
Marie also works with the planning committee for an annual major New England Regional training conference. In that capacity she maintains the Project Management system, advises on systems and processes and assumes responsibility, as required, for special assignments.
Marie also is the Administrative Manager for Merrimack Energy, a major energy consulting firm, managing the financial and administrative processes and ensuring multi-state regulatory compliance.
