Matt has spent the last twenty years in the financial services industry, building his career through communications, marketing, and learning and development roles.
Matt is a learning and development leader who has managed enterprise-wide learning initiatives and role-based training programs. He specializes in developing relationships with business leaders and managing complex learning projects to deliver on-time, best-in-class learning solutions.
In his role as Associate Director at Santander Bank, Matt leads the learning and development program management function for Santander Consumer and Chrysler Capital. Matt holds a MS in Innovation and a BS in Organizational Communication both from Northeastern University. Matt has also obtained his Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification through the HR Certification Institute as well as his Agile HR Explorer certification through Just Leading Solutions.
He resides on the North Shore of Massachusetts with his wife and two young boys and enjoys playing tennis in his spare time.
Matt volunteered with ATD Greater Boston as the Director of Membership from September 2021-September 2022.
