Lauren Moylan is the Learning and Development Manager at Pennichuck Water in New Hampshire, where she brings passion and expertise to developing engaging learning experiences. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Education from Rivier University and a master’s degree in Instructional Design from Capella University. Lauren began her career in education, teaching both elementary students and working briefly in a special education classroom. After a decade in traditional education, she discovered her calling in Learning and Development, finding new inspiration in designing impactful learning solutions for professionals. At Pennichuck, Lauren designs and delivers eLearning and live training sessions, coordinates professional development initiatives, develops comprehensive training plans, and oversees the company’s LMS and performance management systems, among other responsibilities. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys life with her two children, Noah and Isla. Together, they share a love of music, movies, books, and caring for their many pets.
