Organizations may aspire to cultivate a learning culture in a hybrid world but they struggle to maintain engagement once onboarding ends. Many learning and development teams have an "Exit Day'' where the new hires graduate from the program and the demand to perform independently begins. Their current competency level and their manager's expectations are in misalignment. This situation causes managers to feel disgruntled and not supported and their newest employee feeling disengaged and anxious.
In this session, you'll learn how to best prepare employees to embrace a continuous learning experience. We'll take them through misconceptions around Everboarding and three phases (below) that make it a strategy.
