So enjoyed the kick-off session with Cara and hearing about her experience writing the book. As mentioned by another participant, I found the book 'validating'. For me, it has been a combination of reminders of best practices and introduction of new terms and models. I also appreciated the Learning Experience Design list of capabilities, and excited to hear there will be a deeper dive on those skills in her 2nd book.
