Wendy is a Learning and Development Executive with 20 plus years of experience in financial services and sotfline retail. With a strong background in identifying training needs, designing innovative solutions, and measuring their impact, she has consistently fostered a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. She specializes in collaborating with diverse stakeholders and leveraging technology, ensuring that the workforce remains competitive and adaptable.

Wendy holds a BA from Rutgers University. Mother of two young men, she resides in Metro West Massachusetts with her husband, eldest son, and two loveable dogs. She enjoys spending her time off on the Southern Coast of Maine.
